Thanks to Anonymous, who posted on the Jeff Hulett recap, we now know that Jeff Hulett has been released. Who else have I missed? (and I hereby offer apologies if you already knew about this)

Suttle was signed as a free agent on May 16, and spent time in Lancaster and Lexington, hitting .249/.342/.312 in 94 games.

Williams spent parts of three seasons in the organization, hitting .228/.285/.293 in 86 career games.

RHP Matt Ginter, LHP Jon Switzer, OF David Cook

Ginter has spent parts of seven seasons in the Majors, most recently in 2008 with Cleveland, when he went 1-3 in four starts with a 5.14 ERA / 1.33 WHIP. His most productive year was in 2002 with the White Sox, when he pitched in 33 games - finishing 15 - with a 4.47 ERA. In 2004 with the Mets, he made 14 starts, going 1-3 with a 4.54 ERA / 1.47 WHIP.

Ginter spent 2009 in the Brewers organization as a reliever (though he started three games), going 3-3 with a 3.81 ERA / 1.44 WHIP, with 52K:24BB.

30-year old LHP Jon Switzer, from Clear Lake, was a 2nd-round pick by the Devil Rays in 2001. He played for the Devil Rays (minus 2004 when he was injured) until the 2008 season, when he was with Pawtucket in the Boston organization. In 2009, the Mets signed him to a minor-league deal, where he joined the Big Team for four games, and 3.1IP. In 213 minor-league geames, Switzer has posted a 3.63 ERA / 1.29 WHIP, with 466K:150BB.

28-year old OF David Cook has spent all of his seven seasons with the Chicago White Sox. In 754 games, Cook has hit .260/.373/.474, with 285 XBH-399RBI, and 650K:448BB. He also has a .971 career Fld%, with 31 errors and 32 outfield assists.

Eddie's Farm: August 18

Round Rock
The Express lost a lead twice, but still held on for a 5-4 win, despite going 2x13 with RISP. Abercrombie and Johnson had two hits and an RBI each, while John Gall checked in with an RBI double. Four of the Express' eight hits were for extra bases (double from Gall, triples from Abercrombie and Saccomanno, and a homer from Johnson). Polin Trinidad bumped his record to 5-3 with 7IP, 7H/3ER, 4K:1BB. Jason Lane was 0x2 with 1BB for the 51s.

Lancaster
Four Lake Elsinore pitchers held the JetHawks scoreless, and with three hits, in a 3-0 win over Lancaster. Those three hits - all singles - belonged to Weston, Rosario, and Cabral. Leandro Cespedes threw 7IP, 9H/3ER, 5K:1BB while Tilghman closed it out with 1IP, 1H/0ER.

Lexington
Three straight singles allowed by Pat Urckfitz gave Kannapolis a 3-2 win over Lexington in 11 innings. Jeff Hulett had two hits, but the Big Swing came from Eric Suttle, whose 2nd inning 2-run double scored all of Lexington's runs. Jordan Lyles threw 5IP, 5H/0ER, 5K:1BB, Henry Villar threw 2IP, 3H/1ER (though 2 total), Godfrey had his own 2.2IP, 3H/0ER, 0K:1BB, but Urckfitz just couldn't put Kannapolis away.

Greeneville
The Big Bat belongs to our boy Aaron Bray! 3x4 with an RBI hitting in the DH/#3 spot, as Greeneville romped to an 8-3 win over Johnson City. Miguel Arrendell had two doubles, Grant Hogue had two hits, Jonathan Meyer crack-a-lacked a triple, and Jiovanni Mier had himself a two-run homer. Jose Cisnero threw 3.2IP, 3H/3ER, 5K:3BB, while Joan Belliard and Scott Migl provided 5.1IP of relief, allowing 3H/0ER, 4K:1BB. Migl's ERA at Greeneville is 0.61.

Eddie's Farm: July 19

Round Rock
Big day for a lot of Express players as Round Rock defeats Oklahoma City 7-4. 15 hits on the day, including 4x5 days from Manzella and Gall, and 3x4 from Yordany. Manzella hit his 21st double and 5th homer of the year. Bud Norris got his 4th win of the year, going 8IP, 10H/4ER, 1K:1BB, and raising his ERA to 2.61. Daigle got his 2nd save.

Corpus
Frisco got out to a 6-2 lead after two innings and rode it out to defeat Corpus 9-6. The Hooks enjoyed just five hits, three of them extra-base hits, and one of those Drew Locke's 13th homer of the season. Sergio Perez didn't make it out of the 2nd, going 1IP, 4H/4ER (6 total), 1K:4BB. Lumsden pitched in with 2IP, 2H/3ER, 1K:2BB. Erick Abreu threw 5IP in relief of 1H/0ER, 2K:1BB.

Lancaster
A 4-run 7th was what it took to provide the difference in Lancaster's 11-8 loss to Stockton. There were multi-hit games from Clemens (3x5), Shuck (2x5), Gaston (2x5), and Weston (2x5). Gaston hit his 23rd homer of the season, and Weston and Clemens - who also had three RBI - had doubles. Shane Wolf had a rough time, going 5.2IP, 10H/6ER (7 total), 2K:1BB. Chris Salamida gave up 2ER in 0.2IP, and Jack Tilghman gave up 2ER without recording an out.

Lexington
After giving up four runs in the bottom of the 5th, Lexington stormed back to get four of their own in the top of the 6th, but it just wasn't enough as Lakewood defeated Lexington 6-5. Two hits each from Eric Suttle and Steve Brown paced the offense, but it was Brown's 2 RBI (and Jorge De Leon's RBI) that provided the run scoring. Jordan Lyles threw 4IP, 6H/5ER, 3K:6BB, and Brian Wabick got in 3IP, 3H/1ER, 1K:2BB.

Tri-City
Batavia got a run in the bottom of the 9th, and that's all they needed as Tri-City lost 1-0. The ValleyCats only got four hits (Kemp, Wikoff, Goebbert, Gonzalez), and Goebbert's double was the only one for extras. Dallas Keuchel extended his scoreless streak with 5IP, 2H/0ER, and again didn't walk a batter, but striking out four. Mike Modica had the hard-luck loss with 3IP, 3H/1R (0ER), 3K.

Greeneville
Kingsport whooped up on Greenevillle in a 13-4 win. Jose Altuve was 2x5 with 2 doubles, and Grant Hogue was 2x3 with 2RBI. Luis Cruz gave up 8ER in 5.2IP, Jeiler Castillo gave up 3ER in 0.2IP, and David Martinez gave up 0ER in 2.2IP (but 2R total).

YotD: June 13

Round Rock:
Express got one-hit by Albuquerque in a 3-0 loss. Jeremy johnson gave up 3ER in 6IP. Reggie Abercrombie got the only hit as the Isotopes faced the minimum 27 batters.

Corpus:
Down 4-1 in the 8th, the Hooks rallied to win 5-4 in the 10th over Midland. Jimmy Van Ostrand hit a 3-run double while DeLome, Locke, and Sutil each had 2-hit games. Wilton Lopez got rocked for 12 hits in 4IP (but only 3ER). Andy Van Hekken and Evan Englebrook combined for 6IP and just 1ER.

Lancaster:
Congratulations to Reid Kelly, who got his first professional win in a 12-2 win over High Desert.

Lexington:
The Legends gave up a 3-run lead in the 9th, but scored in the 10th to beat Asheville 8-7. Brian Pellegrini hit his 7th homer of the season while Eric Suttle walked in the 10th, stole 2nd, went to third on a sac fly and scored the winning run on Michael Diaz' double.

YotD: June 4

Round Rock
The Express scored a run in the 7th and three in the 9th to defeat Omaha 4-1 last night. Bud Norris threw 6IP, 7H/1ER while Santangelo and Manzella had multi-hit games, Santangelo providing 2RBI.

Corpus Christi
Arkansas defeated the Hooks 6-1 in Arkansas last night, with Polin Trinidad threw 6IP, 8H/4ER, with 4K:0BB. Drew Meyer was 1x4 with the lone RBI.

Lancaster
Lancaster fell to Rancho Cucamonga 5-2 after allowing two runs in the 7th and in the 9th. Thomas Steele was 3x4 with two doubles while Jason Castro and Matt Weston provided the RBI.

Lexington
Double-header! Two wins on the same day! Kyle Greenwalt got the win in G1 with 6.2IP, 9H/3ER while Brandon Barnes and Kyle Miller provided two RBI each. Brian Pellegrini was 3x4 with an RBI. In the second game, Arcenio Leon allowed 5ER in 2IP, but Bowling Green's pitching was worse. Brandon Barnes was 4x4 with 2HR and 3RBI, while Ebert Rosario and Eric Suttle got two hits each.

Jeremy Johnson scattered three hits across six scoreless innings as the Express took it to Salt Lake. Round Rock got multi-hit games from Brian Bogusevic, Tommy Manzella, Chris Johnson, and Matt Kata - who also had 3RBI.

Corpus
Arkansas got two runs in the top of the 8th to beat the Hooks 3-2 at Whataburger Field. Pitcher Brad James rebounded from that brutal game vs. Midland to throw 6IP with 3H/1ER. Drew Locke was 3x4 (now hitting .361) and Wladimir Sutil got a two-run single for the Hooks' scoring.

Lancaster
The JetHawks got 11 runs on 14 hits against Rancho Cucamonga last night in an 11-3 win. Nick Moresi was 3x4 while Eric Suttle, Jon Gaston, Jason Castro, and David Flores all had two hits each. Gaston hit his 12th HR of the season.

Lexington

Round Rock
Jose Capellan dropped his record to 1-7 on the season, allowing 7ER in 4IP (with 3WPs and 4BBs), and the Express couldn't overcome the deficit. Tommy Manzella, Chris Johnson, and Jason Smith (!) all had multi-hit games.

Corpus Christi
Arkansas absolutely shut Corpus down, giving up just three hits in a 4-1 win. Mark Ori, Brian Esposito, and Mitch Einertson got the three hits - Esposito's homer accounting for the run. Douglas Arguello went 8.2 innings, and was pulled after an Arkansas 3-run HR.

Lancaster
The JetHawks made a valiant run at it, scoring four in the 7th and two in the 8th, but fell short in a 7-6 loss to Rancho Cucamonga. Jason Castro was 2x4 with two doubles and 2RBI. Eric Suttle provided a two-out, two-RBI single, as well.

Lexington
Robert Bono threw 6IP of earned run-less baseball with 5K:1BB and lowered his ERA to 1.98 in a 3-1 win over Savannah. Michael Diaz, Andrew Simunic and Ronald Ramirez had two hits each.
