Jim Callis reported via twitter that the Astros' 11th Round Pick, Devonte German, has signed for 300,000. German is a RHP from Bishop Manogue High School in Nevada. Per Callis, he features a low 90's fastball, but projects to add more velocity as he develops. He also has been identified as a potential impact outfielder.
With the German signing, the Astros have now signed every pick 1-11.
Update: German himself confirms he signed.

Devonte German update
So the 2013 draft signing deadline is on Friday afternoon. The only real question mark is whether or not the Astros will be able to sign 11th Round pick Devonte German, a huge (6'5" 240lbs) high school pitcher out of Nevada, but who also can apparently play a mean outfield.
Jonathan Mayo wrote:
A true two-way player, German attracted scouts' attention with his athleticism and promise as an outfielder and on the mound. He throws in the low-90s now and his frame make it easy for scouts to project him to add even more velocity as he develops. German's combination of speed and strength makes him a potential impact outfielder if a team prefers to develop him as an everyday player.
The question is his commitment to the University of Nevada. On the weekend of the draft, after his selection, German told his hometown paper that his "Go-Pro" number was $300,000. Now, the Astros have $1,077,300 left in their bonus pool. If German's advisor isn't a total nutbag, he knows this and his demands have shot up.
Nevada has a new head coach, Jay Johnson, who recently spoke to German in an attempt to get him to come to school. German said:
“(Coach Johnson) is all about development and preparing guys, which is huge for me. I’m super excited to hit and pitch in college, and see just how good I can get at both. I am super excited to be a college student, have the college experience, get a college degree and hopefully be a first-rounder in three years — as a hitter or pitcher.”
Yesterday German tweeted:
Just met with Coach Johnson, he's awesome!! #Wolfpack #Omaha #FirstRounder
Playing hardball via Twitter? Lobbying for 1st-Round money? We'll see what there is to see by Friday afternoon.

11th Round pick Devonte German wants $300K
The Astros' 11th Round pick (317th overall) Devonte German would like the Astros to up their signing bonus to $300,000.
German, whose "Go-Pro number" was $300,000, and who has also committed to the University of Nevada:
The closer they come to ($300,000) the more comfortable I'll feel about signing.
German's hometown paper, the Reno Gazette-Journal, who apparently hasn't quite figured out that any player selected after the 10th Round who signs for more than $100K will have the overage counted against their bonus pool, says:
The Astros...have the highest bonus pool of about $11.7m. It would not be that much of a stretch for them to up their bonus offer to German if they can stay under that $11.7m cap.
That's a big If you're willing to throw out, there, RGJ.
German is also prepared for the negotiations to take "a couple of weeks."

11-317: Devonte German
With the 1st pick of the 11th Round (317th overall), the Astros select 6'5" 240lb Devonte German, a RHP from Bishop Manogue High School in Nevada.
German played both ways for Bishop Manogue, but as a pitcher, tossed 30IP, allowing 16H/6ER, 10BB:44K, going 4-0 with a 1.40 ERA.
Jonathan Mayo says this:
"German is an elite athlete who starred in three sports in high school. As a baseball player, he is still raw and didn't play much on the travel or showcase circuits. A true two-way player, German attracted scouts' attention with his athleticism and promise as an outfielder and on the mound. He throws in the low-90s now and his 6-foot-5, 235-pound frame make it easy for scouts to project him to add even more velocity as he develops. German's combination of speed and strength makes him a potential impact outfielder if a team prefers to develop him as an everyday player. He is committed to Nevada."
