Devonte German Reportedly Signs for 300K

Jim Callis reported via twitter that the Astros' 11th Round Pick, Devonte German, has signed for 300,000. German is a RHP from Bishop Manogue High School in Nevada. Per Callis, he features a low 90's fastball, but projects to add more velocity as he develops. He also has been identified as a potential impact outfielder.

With the German signing, the Astros have now signed every pick 1-11.   

Update: German himself confirms he signed.

His agent is stupid for not asking for double the 300k with the Astros' savings.
