Wednesday Morning Link Dump

The Astros take on the Indians tonight at 7:10pm (Central) for Game 2. Meanwhile...

*Jeff Luhnow focused on acquiring players who still had options this off-season.

*Also within that link, Alex White and Alex Presley have been put on waivers. If White leaves the organization there will be nothing left of the fabled Wilton Lopez trade of 2012...

*A.J. Hinch made all the right moves (regarding Sipp over Qualls or Neshek) on Monday night, writes JJO.

*Here's a cool piece from Beyond the Box Score about George Springer and in-game adjustments.

*The Astros apparently have the least loyal fans in baseball.

Why post links that require a Chronicle subscription?

I got to it through Google. Didn't know you needed a subscription - sorry.

The authors of the articles tweet a URL that you can access in their entirety for free.

That report at the end is a joke.

The 5 winningest organizations have the most loyal fans? LOL. Easy to appear loyal when you're in the WS every other year.

Houston is and always will be a football city. But we have very, very loyal Astros fans. I have watched many of the games the past 5 years. It has not been easy. But to say we're the least loyal is a crock of shit, sorry for the vulgar language.
