In the absence of Matsui, Bourn slides up seven spots. Or down two.

Lineup for this evening's latest attempt to save Cecil Cooper:

Bourn - CF
Tejada - SS
Berkman - 1B
Lee - LF
Pence - RF
Blum - 3B
Pudge - C
Keppinger - 2B

What say you?

This lineup leaded up to a bases loaded first inning which resulted in two runs (just two? Hey I'll take it).

Let us see what is in store for the rest of the game.

This doesn't really have to do w/ this post, but there was a question posed on Houston sports radio 1560 The Game yesterday about "which team would be the first to win 4 games, starting today: The Astros or the Rockets?" It's sad there there is even talk about this, and even sadder that the radio guys and callers to the show picked the Rockets, who will be in the middle of playoff games. They play so many fewer games per week! Here's to proving these "Houston fans" (emphasis on the quotations) wrong and the 'Stros building confidence with a blowout win tonight and streaking to .500!

Gotta change things up sometimes to get results. Coop is not afraid to let em hang sometimes. Good win, they sure needed it. Hell, I needed it.
