A 4-run 3rd inning gave Midland all they needed in a 6-3 win at Corpus. Mike Hauschild allowed 7H/5ER, 8K:3BB in 5IP; Richard Rodriguez allowed just 1H/0ER, 5K:0BB in 3IP, and Mitchell Lambson allowed an unearned run in 1IP with 2Ks.

Telvin Nash was 3x4 with a double and an RBI; Ruben Sosa (2B, 2RBI) and Andrew Aplin (BB, outfield assist) had two hits each.
