Astros/Rangers to play exhibition games in San Antonio

So this had been rumored for quite some time (we may have even posted a link to it months ago, but honestly I can't be bothered enough to go look it up), but now it's official! The Astros and Rangers will play a two-game exhibition at the Alamodome at the end of Spring Training 2014.

San Antonio will rue this day, because letting the Astros play in your dome means that it will get destroyed.

I didn't realize this was the Astros fault! Here, all along I thought it was Bud Adam's fault. Your hot air is contributing to Global Warming. Move on! Were you shattered when old Yankee stadium got razed? Now there was some baseball history! 1oldpro

I went to the Rangers/Padres exhibition game before the start of this season and the Alamodome is a terrible place to play baseball. And the cheapest tickets were $15 for seats with no view of home plate.
But beggars can't be choosers, so I will definitely be going again.

I second the previous Anon in saying get over it. The place was a dump. Nothing lasts forever.

Just going out on a limb here, but the post may, just possibly, have been a little tongue in cheek
