Lancaster SP Ruben Alaniz is being placed on the 7-Day DL with right shoulder soreness, and Lexington's Nick Tropeano is heading that way to take his rotation spot.
For the season, Tropeano is 6-4 with a 2.78 ERA / 1.18 WHIP. In his last five starts, he's thrown 28.1IP, 23H/7ER, 30K:15BB.
