Oklahoma City (17-17) 

The RedHawks went into the ninth inning with a one run lead, but gave up a run in the ninth and a run in the tenth to lose 2-1 to Las Vegas (TOR).

Dallas Keuchel continued his season-long performance as an out machine as he threw 7.1 shutout innings, allowing just 4 H with 5 K and 10 groundouts. Xavier Cedeno gave up the tying run (unearned) in 1.1 innings with 1 H and 2 K. Jose Valdez got the loss with 1 R on 1 H and 1 BB in 1 IP.

RF-Fernando Martinez went 1x3 with 1 BB and 1 HR.

Man of the Match: Dallas Keuchel

*Notes: Yesterday’s loss was the seventh straight for OKC. Dallas Keuchel has thrown at least six innings in every start this season. Keuchel was the Astros AAA Pitcher of the Month for April.

Lancaster (15-18) 

A four run seventh inning by Bakersfield (CIN) led to last night’s Lancaster loss 7-4.

David Martinez went 6.2 innings and was tagged with 6 R on 8 H and 1 HBP with 6 K. Jose Trinidad gave up 1 BB to the only batter he faced and was charged with 1 unearned run. Jorge De Leon threw 2.1 innings, giving up 1 H and 1 BB with 1 K.

SS-Ben Orloff went 2x4 with 1 BB and 1 R. 1B-Rafy Valenzuela was 2x4 with 1 2B and 1 R. CF-George Springer was 3x4 with 1 BB, 1 HR, and 2 RBI. LF-Telvin Nash went 2x5 with 1 2B and 1 RBI.
