Wallace trying not to think as much

Steve Campbell says that Brett Wallace is trying to simplify things by not thinking as much. Exhibit A in its effectiveness is Wallace's 448-foot homer (the 4th-longest in Minute Maid Park's history).

Wallace:
“You want to help the team. You also know that the more hits you get, the better chance you have of playing. I think we as baseball players can get caught up thinking, ‘I need to get my hits to help the team win,’ instead of letting your talents and abilities come out. Let it go, be aggressive, swing hard.”

Wallace can't hit when pitched inside. Plus he doesnt have good command of the strike zone on the inside part of the plate. One or the other needs to come around for him to be effective.
