Talks with Rockies "stalled"

The Denver Post's Troy E. Renck says that talks between the Astros and Rockies have stalled, because Wade wants the Rockies to pick up the tab on Wandy, and give a prospect - catcher Willin Rosario - or a top young pitcher.

The Rockies don't want to do that, naturally.

Renck:
Colorado is prepared to take on Rodriguez's contract but is reluctant to give up a young player as well.

Rosario is 22 years old, and in 93 games at Double-A Tulsa, is hitting .253/.286/.458 with 16 walks in 388 PAs.
