The Rockies will never get Wandy if the Astros keep acting like this

For the Rockies to improve next year, they must upgrade their rotation. It's why they placed a waiver-claim on Houston's Wandy Rodriguez​ and why they likely will pursue him in the offseason (talks aren't going anywhere if the Astros insist on acquiring pitcher Drew Pomeranz and catcher Wilin Rosario).

Even with the humidor, the Rockies know a salient truth: It's a lot easier to trade for a pitcher than to sign him as a free agent.
