Kirk Bohls' blog post tells us that Express President/COO Jay Miller will step down on August 30 and become an Executive Vice President with the Rangers.

Central Texas baseball fans can also expect the likelihood the Express will break ranks with the Astros and become the Triple-A farm club of the Rangers in 2011.
