Where to donate for Hurricane Harvey relief

I was 11 and my brother was nine when our parents let us stay home for the first time by ourselves. My parents had a banquet to attend and decided it was time to see if we could handle ourselves on our own (they probably wanted to save some money by not getting a baby sitter). That night a tornado warning went into affect. This was before cell phones. They couldn't call us immediately. They couldn't leave until the tornado warning was lifted. When they got home, they found us huddled in the basement watching TV.

This is about the closest I've come to a natural disaster. I've been lucky. Having kids of my own now, I can sympathize with what my parents probably went through. What a lot of people are currently going through with family in Houston impacted by Hurricane Harvey. There's not much I can do from this far away. What I can do is gather some links and information regarding relief efforts. That's what I'd like to do here. If you have any additional links and information you can provide, please leave them in the comments below.
