MLB vows to help Astros fans watch games

While Judge Isgur and the Rockets try to make chicken salad out of the Chicken, well, you know, that is CSN Houston, we get this little nugget

I could envision a scenario - should the CSN Houston mess not get resolved before Opening Day - in which MLB allows IP addresses in the "local market" to watch Astros game on MLB.TV (in the same way that MLB.TV currently blocks you from watching the Astros on MLB.TV).

Also, from Crane's media availability:

*It sure does sound like Jim Crane is going to try to hire Nolan Ryan. The question is whether or not Nolan would like to call Crane "Boss."

*The Astros, of course, "are interested" in Tanaka.

Access to games on MLB.TV for a season would be amazeballs. Even if CSN Houston ever reaches a state of not being a fustercluck, I don't think it's ever getting added in the OKC area.

Can't speak for anyone else but I would happily shell out money if I could get the channel online somehow.
