Chris Cotton, Chan Moon, and Michael Feliz have been named to the New York-Penn League's All-Star team.
Cotton, the Astros 14th Round pick last June, is 3-3 with a 1.33 ERA/0.89 WHIP, with 19K:1BB in 27IP.
Feliz, signed as an international free agent in May 2010, is 3-2 with a 1.31 ERA/0.94 WHIP, with 44K:7BB in 41.1IP.
Moon, 22, is hitting .302/.356/.344 with 19K in 105 PAs.
