The Astros have signed undrafted free agent Troy Scribner out of Sacred Heart University, according to the local paper.
In 2013, Scribner allowed 66H/24ER, 90K:17BB in 83.1IP, with a 2.59 ERA/1.00 WHIP, going 5-2 with five complete games in 13 starts.
