Mike Elias talks the Astros' draft strategy

MLB.com's Jonathan Mayo gave the rundown of the financials of the draft (the specifics of which have already been broken down for you, dear reader, here). And he also talked to scouting director Mike Elias about the Astros' approach:

"You have to take advantage of any opportunity to get the most bang for your buck. It's a case by case thing. What we've been doing this year, we're scouting the entire Draft crop, getting a sense of what's out there and how we might be able to extract the most talent from our Draft."

Alright, well, that's not a tremendous amount of insight as it's what every club is going to try to do. He's also not tipping any names, as Elias says - correctly, of course - that it doesn't make any sense to do so.
