Craig Biggio - 7/2 odds
Jeff Bagwell - 5/1 odds

I'm not a gambler so I could be wrong, but I think that equates to a 20% chance for Bagwell and a 28.6% for Biggio.
Biggio needs to be above 50%. No member of the 3,000 hit club has not been inducted, and usually very quickly.
That's not true. Neither Pete Rose, nor Rafael Palmeiro are in the Hall of Fame.
Well, and Derek Jeter, but he is still active.

(But seriously, I think Rose will get into Cooperstown posthumously. Eventually.)
