DeFrancesco trying to build a "winning environment"

The Oklahoman has an article on the 4-10 RedHawks, discussing the climate around the clubhouse - presumably in an effort to make OKC fans forget that the opponent who took three straight from the home team, was the home team last season.

DeFrancesco:
“What we’re trying to do here is build a winning environment. The Astros minor leagues have struggled over the past few years. We’re trying to change the culture around here.”

But what they're going through now is nothing compared to that L16 streak Corpus had last year. Clemens:

“We were battling for the first-half title and had a couple of tough losses to knock us out. After that, there was nothing we could ever do right. If we scored 10, we’d give up 11. If we got a well-pitched game, we couldn’t hit. It was every possible scenario. There were times we would come into the clubhouse and just sit around with looks like, ‘What is the heck is going on?’"
