So it would seem that Lilly is the next available top-flight pitcher, followed by Myers, with Wandy down the list somewhere, after a three-way deal between the Cardinals, Padres, and Indians has become official. Jake Westbrook is now a Cardinal, Ryan Ludwick a Padre, and some poor bastard is now an Indian.
Question is, what do the Reds do now?
