Not necessarily Astros-related, but Brad Mills' son, Beau (a minor-leaguer in the Indians' system) is in some trouble, facing assault charges.
Beau Mills, Jerad Head and Josh Tomlin were each charged with felonious assault after an incident June 3 at 1 W. Exchange St. Apt. 102. The victim suffered serious injuries due to the assault.
The criminal case was filed June 22 in the Akron Municipal Court. Mills and Head appeared in court this morning.
