We don't have to worry about Paulino's overdoing it

Remember Morgan Ensberg? Hit on the hand by a pitch, wouldn't come out, did everyone a disservice? Went 0x148 in the 05 World Series?

There's a fine line between having the Heart of a Champion and being Dumber Than A Satchel of Wrenches. And Felipe Paulino fits...somewhere in there:

"I was throwing pitches for strikes, and after that I felt stiffness in my groin. When I threw to the pitcher, I felt a little pain and said 'Okay, that's enough for me.'"

He then turned it over to platoon-mate and designated reliever Russ Ortiz, and there was much rejoicing.
