Saturday Morning Hot Links

Here are the links while we take a little time this weekend to see our families before baseball season starts and we forget they exist.

*The Astros ranked 5th in Baseball Prospectus' Organizational Rankings for 2014 - up from #9 in 2013. Houston ranked behind (in order) Minnesota, Chicago (Cubs), Pittsburgh, and Boston.

*The Astros, Rockets, and Comcast have agreed to allow Judge Lynn Hughes mediate a potential resolution in the CSN Houston bankruptcy case.

*Nolan Ryan doesn't think former Rangers owner Tom Hicks properly prepared GM Jon Daniels for how Nolan would fit in to the organization. More importantly, however, Nolan would like to see Round Rock rejoin the Astros' affiliates.

*In an expansive article by Evan Drellich (which is worth reading, bookmarking, and reading again), Jason Castro promises, "We're not going to lose 100 games."

*Bo Porter thinks Alex Presley fits in perfectly on the Astros.

*Pudge Rodriguez - who apparently has known Carlos Correa for a long time - predicts greatness for SS1.

*Bo Porter called the 2013 Goatpen the "short end of the stick."
