J.R. Towles Memorial March Hitter of the Year:

Marc Krauss. In 16 games, Krauss was 12x39 with five extra-base hits, 13K:6BB, for a slash line of .308/.391/.564 and the highest OPS of any player who received 10+ PAs.

Taylor Buchholz Memorial March Pitcher of the Spring:

Mike Foltynewicz. In 10.1IP, Bad MF allowed 8H/2ER, 7K:1BB, and a .211 BAA. His final line was a 1.74 ERA/0.87 WHIP.
