No mention of Ariel Ovando in Greenville?

I thought about Ovando, and almost included him. What held me back is that he's not hitting for power yet, which is supposed to be his biggest tool, and his average to this point is propped up by an unsustainable .482 BABIP. Add in a bad BB/K ratio and I think he's due for a big regression in the next few weeks.

All that said, I hope I look back on this in a couple months and regret not having him because he's been able to keep it up.

Regarding Landon Powell and Mike Hessman: saw them play a few months ago, and I have to admit what struck me was that these two guys are the most "unathletic" looking professional athletes I've ever seen. And that's not a knock: as established AAA players they are among the best in the world, and manage to play effectively despite looking rather ungainly.....Maybe it's those minor league unis.....
