The one thing the Astros have that the Indians didn't post trading CC is the one thing he didn't doubt from the article: pitching.
When the starting 5 can put up a sub 3 era for more than 2 weeks as they are currently doing you are going to win some games. So even if the offensive players he mentioned regress I think we still have enough pitching to remain in contention next year. All we need to do is look back to '05 to see how far good pitching can take you.
