Two down, one to go

So CSN Philadelphia's Jim Salisbury is tweeting that Happ and CF Anthony Gose are definites in the Roy deal.

Who's the third (or third and fourth?)

Looks like it's either Vance Worley or Jonathan Singleton. Who's it going to be?

We've gotten conflicting reports on how many are actually in the deal, haven't we? Some have said "three in deal including Happ", others have said "three prospects in deal plus Happ".

This deal is so fluid, it's barely worth posting anything until tonight. But I need the emotional outlet of hitting "Publish."

Not sure why we want Gose...isn't Jay Austin as good or better?

Gose is better than Jay Austin, but not by a ton.

They're very close. Gose and Austin have the same birthday, interestingly enough.

Still...not impressive without Singletary.

Looks like a whole lot of suck that wont help us rebuild at all. Happ will be over 30 by the team we have any type of a team and we wont have any power to drive these speedy cant get on base types home. Neat.

Hey jboyd, can you tell me where you bought your Jump to Conclusions mat? I am in the market for a new one and need to find the best deal ASAP.

If Singleton isn't in this deal, and they are putting in 10-12 million, I will official remove myself from the Ed Wade Defense Party.

so youre impressed by another jay austin, delino deshields, michael bourne type and a 28 year old pitcher? good for you. Gose hasn't hit over .260, thats not a good sign, and has 0 power from everything I've read. yay! another Willy T!

what michael said, way too much money for not getting a single top prospect, if a 28 year old pitcher is what anyone considers a top prospect something is wrong.

Hey jboyd,

How's that egg on your face taste?

Like I said, don't make prejudgments when you don't even have the complete set of facts in front of you. It only makes you look foolish.
