According to
MLB.com, the Dodgers wouldn't send Double-A SS Dee Gordon to the Mariners. Or James Loney. Or Chad Billingsley. It didn't make any sense for them to offer those players, anyway, but still. It obviously wasn't that serious of a deal. You can't offer ten nickels for a dollar.
