Dodgers need a starting pitcher, and have flexibility

just talked to
Dodgers GM Ned Colletti, and found out that the Dodgers:
a) Need a starting pitcher, a reliever, and
b)
have the flexibility to make a major transaction.
Good news for the Astros, perhaps?
